Adam Coonan

Adam Coonan is a specialist corporate governance advisor with more than 20 years of experience working with Boards, executives and government stakeholders across both the public and private sectors. His expertise spans governance policy and practice, strategic transactions, Board effectiveness, ESG, and complex decision-making environments.

Adam has held senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young, NSW Treasury and Westpac, where he worked extensively across governance, company secretariat and Board advisory functions. He advises organisations on governance strategy, accountability, risk and decision-making, bringing deep experience across listed companies, government entities and highly regulated environments
